What it’s like

Boundary petting farm with alpacas and friends - £5 entry, under-2s free. Thu-Sun turn-up; walks priced separately.

Pukka Pacas & Friends is the petting-farm side of Charnwood Forest Alpacas at Boundary - turn up Thursday to Sunday, meet the season's friendly animals, and let the kids get close without booking. Adults and children are £5; under-2s free. Last entry 3pm with the petting farm open until 3:30pm. Chilli Bean dog cafe sits on site for a refuel.

Separate bookable experiences (alpaca walks and similar) start much higher - from about £36.95 - and are not the farm from-price. This listing is the £5 petting farm day. Licensed by North West Leicestershire; DE11 postcode sits on the Leicestershire-Derbyshire border as a Leicester day-trip, not a Derby hub listing.

Honest note: petting farm is Thu-Sun only, animal mix changes with the season, and walk experiences are a different product. Birthday parties are published on the operator site if you want a Pukka Party.
