What it’s like

Walk with lemurs and penguins, meet polar bears Nanook and Noori, then burn energy on outdoor play and indoor jungle soft play.

Walk through lemur, penguin, wallaby and red squirrel habitats, then head for the five-acre polar bear home of Nanook and Noori. Kids can also spot red pandas, tapirs, meerkats, capybara, zebras, otters and bush dogs, join keeper talks and feeds, and book optional animal experiences.

When little legs need a break from the animals, outdoor play and Jungle Bounce sit alongside an indoor jungle soft play with slides, bridges, ladders and a ball pool - included with a day ticket or annual pass. Cafe, shop, picnic spots, free parking, toilets and baby change are on site.

It is an outdoor park so weather matters, and weekends, school holidays and event days use peak ticket prices. Book online in advance for the best rates; rescheduling before your visit date costs £4.95 and tickets are non-refundable. Pets are not allowed (assistance dogs limited - contact first).
