Set-menu Chinese and East Asian dining in Nottingham, with lunch menus from £22.50 and a longer signature menu for evenings.

The menu here works on set courses rather than picking dishes off a big list. At lunch you're choosing between two or three courses for £22.50 or £27.50, and in the evening the signature menu steps up to £32.50 or £37.50 for the extra course. It's the kind of pricing that suits a proper sit-down meal rather than a quick bite.

Doors open at noon every day. Monday to Thursday and Sunday it runs through to 10pm, but Friday and Saturday it stretches to midnight, so there's room for a later table if you want to eat once the kids' bedtime rush is out of the way, or if you're leaving them with a babysitter and fancy a proper evening out instead.

There's no kids menu or high chairs mentioned, so this reads more like a night out for the grown-ups than a family pit stop. If you are bringing children, the set-menu format means you'll know the price before you sit down, which takes one variable out of the evening at least.
