What it’s like

Clay, paint and mehndi sessions where kids get properly messy making pottery and seasonal craft pieces.

This is a studio built around getting stuck into pottery and craft rather than sitting still. Kids can work with clay, try acrylic painting themed around different countries, or get a go at mehndi and tattoo art, which is the sort of detail that'll make a seven-year-old feel very grown up for an afternoon.

The seasonal workshops seem to be the thing to plan around. They rotate through the year, so what's on in spring won't be what's on at half term, which is worth knowing if there's a particular activity your child has set their heart on.

It's open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm, so there's room to fit a visit around a weekend morning or a weekday after school without it eating the whole day. The acrylic painting sessions exploring different countries sound like the sort of thing that could easily become the bit they talk about at dinner.

Pottery and clay work, acrylic painting themed around different countries, mehndi and tattoo art, plus seasonal craft workshops that change through the year.

What are the opening hours?

Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.

Do we need to book ahead?

There's no booking link listed, so it's likely a call or a walk-in visit to sort out a session.

The seasonal workshops change through the year, so a repeat visit could mean a completely different craft on offer.
