What it’s like
Under-the-sea themed soft play with an octopus lair and a crawl-through walk of fear, for ages 0 to 10.
The frame here is two storeys, done out as an under-the-sea adventure with an octopus lair and Biff the snake somewhere in the mix. There's a walk of fear, a crawl tube and a slide for the ones brave enough to go looking for them. Younger siblings get their own toddler corner with bending mirrors, rockers and brick kits, kept separate from the bigger climbers.
It suits the full 0 to 10 range on paper, though the toddler area only takes 7 children at a time and the main frame caps at 19, so it never gets to that chaotic rammed-soft-play feeling. Socks are required for every child and adult going up on the frame. Sessions run weekdays 9.30am to 6pm and weekends 9am to 3pm, and you'll need to book a slot rather than just turning up.
Prices sit at £4.70 full price, £3.70 for Active Nottingham members, or £3 concession, all rising by 20 to 30p from April 2026. You don't need to be a member to book, just a free online account, and going that route as pay-as-you-go actually knocks a pound off. Bookings open a week ahead at 7am, which is worth remembering if you want a particular slot on a Saturday morning.
It's wheelchair friendly with step-free access and an accessible toilet, and there's a hearing loop too. Essential companions supporting a disabled child or adult get in free.
