WHERE

What it’s like
Two-hour soft play sessions with a garden, a bouncy castle and a café where you can actually sit down with a coffee while they get on with it.
You book a two-hour slot and the kids get an indoor adventure soft play centre, a garden enclosure with activities, and a bouncy castle out in the garden when the weather plays along. The two hours are timed, so it's worth knowing when your slot starts before you promise anyone an extra go on the castle.
It's open every day of the week, all year round, which is the bit that matters most in February. Summer sessions run roughly 9am to 6pm and the park listing shows 9:15am to 5:15pm; autumn and winter times get posted on their social media, so that's where to look if you're going later in the year.
The café does homemade breakfast and lunch with proper coffee, and you can eat while the kids play, either inside, on the shaded veranda or out in the garden. That's the appeal for me: you're not standing at the edge of a frame for two hours, you're having lunch. Parties have been their thing for sixteen years, with water, blackcurrant and orange squash through the do, and you enquire by email rather than through the site.
Sessions are booked as timed slots, and there's a Book now link on the site, so sort that before you set off rather than turning up hoping.

Plan your visit
How long do we get?
Two hours, booked as a timed play session. The clock starts with your slot, so plan the café stop around it.
Do we need to book?
They run timed two-hour sessions and the site has Book now links, so book a slot rather than chancing a walk-in.
Can I eat while the kids play?
Yes. Grown-ups can have breakfast or lunch while the kids play, sitting inside, on the shaded veranda or in the garden.
Is it open all year, including weekends?
Every day of the week, all year round. The café, indoor soft play, garden and bouncy castle all run on that basis.
What time do sessions start?
Summer hours are around 9am to 6pm, with the park listing showing 9:15am to 5:15pm. Autumn and winter times are advertised on their social media.
What's there to do outside?
A garden enclosure with activities and a bouncy castle. If it's wet, the indoor adventure soft play centre is the fallback.
Do they do birthday parties?
They've hosted kids' parties for sixteen years. Water, blackcurrant and orange squash are provided throughout, and you email them for availability and booking.
