What it’s like
Bookable climbing at Leicester Outdoor Pursuits Centre, with four outdoor walls, an indoor tower wall and junior courses.
Leicester Outdoor Pursuits Centre's climbing product combines four outdoor walls with an indoor tower wall for bad weather. The longest route is 12 metres, with colour-coded grades and a belay buddy system.
Activity climbing is available from age 5. The New Climber course starts at age 8, and the Climbing Club is also for ages 8+. Sessions are booked in advance through Cinolla or by phone; this is not a walk-in commercial climbing gym.
Climbing is among the centre's party activities, and the site also runs a Climbing Club and NICAS courses. Public session pricing was not published on the operator pages checked, so call or book online for the current price.
