What it’s like
Ten lanes of bowling plus pool, darts and shooting pods for a family session before the evening crowd takes over.
Bowling's the anchor here, ten lanes that each hold up to seven people, so you can spread a big group across two or three lanes rather than squashing everyone onto one. Beyond that there's pool, darts, arcade games, shooting pods, beer pong and a back shuffle game, which is plenty to keep kids moving between frames if the bowling itself starts to drag.
It's £9.50 a head just for bowling, but the package deals make more sense if you're staying a while. £13 gets you bowling plus one other game, £18 adds a third, and £21 gets you the lot. For a family visit that's the bit worth doing the maths on before you turn up, since two games each will likely cost less per head than paying separately.
The catch is timing. Under 14s need constant adult supervision throughout, which is fair enough in a bar, and it's over 18s only after 7pm with ID checks, so daytime is your window. Weekday afternoons run from 3pm, but Saturdays open at 11am and Sundays at 11am too, and during school holidays and bank holidays the whole weekend shifts earlier, with Saturday to Monday from 11am. Own shoes are fine as long as there's no open toe or heel, and bowling shoes are free in every size if you'd rather not bring your own.
Food and drink cover snacks through to proper meals, with allergen info available if you ask staff before ordering. Walk-ins are welcome but booking's the smarter move, especially for bigger groups, since the site's clear that everyone in Bristol seems to have the same idea on a Saturday.
