What it’s like

Bouncy castles turned into a whole park, with a mega slide, a ninja course and an air bag to launch yourself onto.

This is inflatables done properly big: a mega slide, a ninja assault course, an air bag, laser jump and a ball pit, all under one roof so rain outside makes no difference. Under-fives get their own supervised toddler sessions on Friday and Sunday mornings, while anyone five and up can bounce solo once they're old enough to sign their own waiver energy.

Sessions are booked in one or two hour slots, and turning up late costs you your slot, they'll only squeeze you into a later one if there's space. Early bird pricing knocks a few pounds off if you can do a morning session, which is worth chasing given a two hour bounce for an under-five with an adult comes to £27. Socks with no grips are compulsory, bring your own or buy a pair at reception, and there's a weight limit of 21 stones per person worth knowing before anyone piles in for a go on the air bag.

Food is café-only, no outside snacks or drinks through the door, but they do pizzas, sandwiches and slushies on site so it's not a hardship. The lockers need a pound coin, refunded when you're done, and wheelchair access into the building is fine, though the café lift is out of action for now and staff will bring food down instead. Parking on site is limited, so if you're driving in on a Saturday don't bank on a space right outside.

Parties run from a Classic package at £100 for ten guests, which gets an hour of bouncing and 45 minutes in a private room with food, up to Premium and Elite packages from £250 for the bigger blowout. There's also a free SEN session on the last Sunday of the month from 5 to 6pm, which is a nice touch if soft play's usual noise and queues are the reason you've been putting a visit off.

Plan your visit

How much does it cost?

A one hour bounce is £16 for five-plus, or £19 if you're under five with a paying adult. Two hours is £22 and £27. Early bird slots are cheaper, £11 and £14, if you can do the first session.

Do we need to book?

Online booking's the safer bet since sessions sell out quickly. You can try walking in but there's no guarantee of a space.

Is it any good for a toddler?

There are dedicated Toddler Time sessions on Friday mornings and the first hour on Sunday, £5 for under-fives. Outside those, a small one can still bounce but only with a paying adult supervising.

Can my child bounce without me staying with them?

From age 14 they can go it alone. Anyone younger needs a parent or guardian to sign the waiver, and under-fives need an adult actually paying and bouncing with them.

What if we're late for our slot?

You lose it. They'll try to fit you into a later session if one's free, but it's not promised.

Can we bring our own food?

No, it's café food only inside, no outside food or drinks. They do hot and cold food, coffee, sandwiches, slushies and pizzas.

What about socks?

Grippy socks are a no. Pack a plain pair or grab some from reception if you forget.

Is there a weight limit?

21 stones or 133kg per person, and pregnant women can't bounce at all.

Is there parking?

A small on-site car park, plus space on the surrounding roads if that's full. Buses stop two minutes away and the train station's a twenty minute walk.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

The building itself is wheelchair friendly. The café lift is out of action just now, so staff will bring food down to you instead.

What do birthday parties involve?

The Classic package is £100 for ten guests, an hour of bouncing plus 45 minutes in a private room with food. Premium and Elite packages start at £250 for a bigger do, and there's a Toddler Party option too.

Is there anything for additional needs?

There's a free SEN session on the last Sunday of the month, 5 to 6pm.
