This one's a walk-round rather than a hands-on museum. You wander through multimedia displays at your own pace, no guide chivvying you along, and there's a free personality test on offer if you fancy it. It's not a quick tick-box thing, so give it proper time rather than squeezing it into a lunch break.
There's no children's programme here and nothing pitched at kids, so this is really one for adults who are curious rather than a family day out. If you do want to go further than the free tour, the Personal Efficiency Course is £34, which is a genuine commitment rather than an impulse buy.
Doors are open long hours in the week, 9am to 10pm Monday to Friday, dropping to 9am to 6pm at weekends. That evening window on weekdays makes it an easy one to fit in after work rather than having to carve out a special trip.
