Sensory play, baby massage and yoga, and baby signing sessions for the under-threes.

This is a group built entirely around the very small, so there's no jostling with older kids on scooters or bigger siblings hogging the good toys. Sessions cover sensory play and sensory exploration, baby massage and yoga, and baby signing, which between them give you a proper mix of calm and stimulation rather than just one or the other.

Baby signing is the one worth mentioning if you've got a pre-talker who gets frustrated pointing at things. It's a slow burn rather than an instant fix, but groups like this are usually where parents start picking it up alongside their baby. The massage and yoga side is gentler still, good for a fussy or overtired baby, and sensory play gives the slightly older toddlers in the age range something more hands-on to poke at.

With ages running from newborn right up to three, you'll find yourself alongside babies who can't hold their head up yet and toddlers who are already running about, which some parents like for the variety and others find means the pace has to flex a fair bit within one session.
