What it’s like
Multi-tiered soft play over three zones for babies, toddlers and juniors, with one-hour sessions you have to book by phone first.
The play floor is split by age: a baby zone, a toddler bit and a junior section on the multi-tiered frame. That last one is where a six or seven-year-old will spend the hour, and the separation means the smallest ones aren't under the big kids' feet.
Sessions are one hour, and on busy days they hold you to it. At £11 per child per hour, an hour is a pricey hour, and adults pay £3 each on top, which can sting if both of you come along. You book by phone, lines open 8am to 8pm seven days a week, and you'll want to ring before you set off rather than turn up on spec.
The café is a Costa counter for drinks and snacks, so it's coffee and a pastry rather than a proper lunch. Party food is £7 a child if you want it added, and plenty of parents bring their own for the little ones. If you're after a birthday, there are two options: a two-hour private hire of the whole place for £495, or a two-hour party with the public still in for £295, which covers ten kids and ten parents plus a decorated private area.
Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel, and party deposits don't come back, with a fee if you move the date. Sunday closes at 5pm, an hour earlier than the rest of the week, and they ask you to book a session before you arrive as times can shift.

Plan your visit
How much is it?
£11 per child per hour, and £3 per adult per hour. That's per hour, not per session, so a longer stay adds up.
Do we need to book?
You do, and by phone. Lines run 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. They ask you to book a session before you arrive.
How long do we get?
One hour. They enforce the hour during busy periods, so don't bank on stretching it.
What ages is it for?
Newborns up to about ten. There are separate zones for babies, toddlers and juniors, so the big frame doesn't run into the baby bit.
Is there food?
A Costa coffee counter does drinks and snacks. If you want more than that, a lot of parents bring their own food.
Can we have a birthday party there?
Two packages. £495 for two hours of private hire of the whole venue, or £295 for two hours with the public present, which includes ten kids and ten parents and a decorated private area. Party food is £7 a child on top.
What happens if we need to cancel?
You need to give 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Party deposits are non-refundable, and changing a party date costs a fee.
When is it open?
10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 5pm on Sunday. They do say times can vary, so it's worth booking before you travel.
Can we just turn up?
No. Sessions are pre-booked by phone only, so ring ahead rather than arriving and hoping.
What's in the party price?
Soft play entry for the kids and their parents, plus a decorated private area. Food isn't included unless you add it at £7 a child.
