Black Adder The Third

Blackadder the Third comes to the Dolman Theatre, a comic tale of scheming and social satire in Regency England.

Blackadder the Third follows Edmund Blackadder, cynical servant to the dimwitted Prince Regent in Regency England, as he schemes to improve his lot. With Baldrick alongside him, Blackadder navigates absurd situations, social satire and historical parody, using wit and manipulation to outsmart rivals, mock authority and chase wealth, with his plans comically unravelling along the way. This is a stage production showing at the Dolman Theatre in Newport, running from 11 to 14 November.
