Spotlight Talk: Earth Matters

A free volunteer-led talk picking out a favourite part of the Earth Matters exhibition at the Botanics.

This is a short, free spotlight talk inside the Earth Matters exhibition at Inverleith House Gallery, Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. A volunteer leads visitors through the exhibition, which marks 300 years since the birth of geologist James Hutton, and points out their own favourite piece or detail among the works by over 30 artists exploring soil, geology and landscape. It's a drop-in style talk rather than a full guided tour, so it suits anyone visiting the Garden who fancies a bit more context on the art on the walls. No booking details are given beyond the dates, and entry to the exhibition itself is free.
