Acorn Open Studios: From tiny acorns grow mighty oaks!

Art exhibition at Progress Theatre with a free Meet the Acorn Artists event on Friday 16 October.

Acorn Open Studios brings an exhibition of original artwork to the Progress Theatre foyer throughout October 2026, under the theme "From tiny acorns grow mighty oaks!". The art is on display across the month for people visiting the theatre to see. On Friday 16 October at 6.30pm there's a free Meet the Acorn Artists event in the foyer, where visitors can meet the artists behind the work, hear about the stories and ideas that inspired them, and view the exhibition before the evening performance of Dance Nation.
