Halloween Drawing Competition

A Halloween drawing competition at Newcastle Castle with artwork displayed in the Museum Room.

Part of the castle's Halloween season, this drawing competition invites visitors to create their own spooky-themed artwork for a chance to win a prize. Entries are put on display in the Museum Room, so it's a nice one for budding artists to see their work shown off somewhere properly historic. It runs alongside the castle's wider Halloween programme between 1st October and 2nd November, which includes the Trick or Treat Trail and Gory Tours, so it's worth making a day of it while you're there.
