Millennium Gallery

A beginner-friendly life drawing session at Sheffield's Millennium Gallery on Saturday 3 October 2026.

This is a life drawing session pitched at people new to the practice, held at the Millennium Gallery in Sheffield city centre. It's a chance to have a go at drawing from a life model without needing any prior experience, in the gallery's setting alongside its metalwork and Ruskin collections. The gallery itself is free to enter, with a suggested £5 donation, and is open Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm, closed Mondays. There's a café on site, Ambulo, for coffee and food before or after the session, plus the gallery shop for browsing.
