Ages 5+

October half term craft session on Allantide at Liskeard Museum, for children aged 5 and up.

Find out what Allantide is, where the tradition comes from and why it's celebrated on 31st October, then have a go at printing your own apple wall hanging to take home. This is the final session of the museum's October half term folklore programme, run by lead learning volunteer Lizzie, and suits children aged 5 and over. There are 10 spaces available on the craft activity, so only book places for children taking part in the printing. Younger siblings who come along can use colouring sheets set out at tables to one side of the paid activity.
