Storytime Play

Monthly interactive storytelling session for children aged 3-5 and their grown-ups at Citizens Theatre.

A playful, interactive storytime for children aged 3 to 5 and their grown-ups, with story, song and imagination at its heart. It runs in the Participate Studio at the Citizens Theatre, giving families a safe, welcoming space to try out creative play and meet other families over some shared quality time. Younger brothers and sisters (Babes in Arms) can come along free with an older sibling, and accompanying adults don't need a ticket, though children must attend with an adult. Tickets are £5 per child, with a £1.50 booking fee per transaction, and sessions run monthly from September to December on Thursdays, 10.30 to 11.45am. Remaining dates this run are Thursday 5 November and Thursday 3 December 2026.
