What it’s like
Build-your-own burritos, bowls and tacos, fast counter service for a quick family lunch stop in the Victoria Centre.
You queue up, point at what you want and watch it get built in front of you. Burritos, bowls, tacos or quesadillas, with a run of fillings and salsas to pick from as you go down the line. It's the sort of format that works well with kids because they can see exactly what's going in their food and you're not waiting long for it to land on the table.
Gluten free is genuinely thought through here rather than an afterthought. Go for a naked burrito or the corn tacos and you're avoiding the wrap and flour tacos, which are the only culprits. They do say they can't promise zero cross-contamination given the kitchen setup, so if anyone in your group has a proper intolerance, flag it to the crew right at the start of the line and they'll take more care with that order.
It's card only, so don't bank on paying with cash if that's your habit. There's wifi if you need to keep an eye on emails while the kids eat, and seating inside for whoever's eating in rather than taking it away.
Open Monday to Saturday from 11 until half 9 at night, and Sundays 11 to 7. That's a wide enough window that you're not stuck trying to time a specific mealtime around it, useful if you're in and out of the Victoria Centre and just need to feed everyone before you carry on shopping.
