What it’s like

A hydraulic launch coaster that hits 80mph in under two seconds, plus access to the rest of the park's rides.

This is one ride, but what a ride. Stealth fires you from a standing start to 80mph in 1.8 seconds, then straight up to 62.5 metres before you've had time to think about it. It's the sort of thing you build a visit around rather than one attraction among many, and it's genuinely not for the faint hearted, there's a torso restriction of 51 inches and it's not suitable if you've got a pacemaker, given the strong magnetic fields involved.

A day ticket gets you into more than 25 rides and attractions across the park, not just Stealth, so there's plenty either side of it to fill a full day. Guests under 1.2m get in free, which is a nice touch if you've got a mixed height group, though realistically this is a venue for teenagers and adults rather than younger children given the minimum age of 13.

Tickets start at £32 online, and buying at the gate can cost you up to £33 more per person, which is a proper sting if you turn up without booking. There's also a Fright Nights version of the day ticket at £39, and a separate £71 ticket if you want entry plus the scare mazes during that event. If you fancy making a proper trip of it, an overnight stay with two days of park entry comes in at £77 per person, based on four sharing.

Booking ahead matters here, both for the price and because popular dates sell out. Opening hours shift through the season, generally running 10am to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays and a bit earlier on weekdays.

Plan your visit

How old do you need to be for Stealth?

The minimum age is 13, so this isn't one for younger children.

How much does it cost?

Day tickets start at £32 online. Buying at the gate on the day can cost up to £33 more per person, so booking ahead is the better move.

Do we need to book in advance?

Booking is required and popular dates do sell out, so it's the only way to guarantee getting in.

Is there a height or medical restriction?

There's a maximum torso restriction of 51 inches, and it's not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker because of the strong magnetic fields.

What's included with a day ticket?

Your ticket covers access to over 25 rides and attractions in the park, not just Stealth.

Can wheelchair users ride?

Non-ambulant wheelchair users can ride if they have a minimum of three full limbs and can transfer into the seat with assistance.
