What it’s like

You learn the massage moves yourself here, not the other way round. The teacher demonstrates on a doll and you practise on your own baby, so there's no pressure if they'd rather feed or grizzle through the session. Massage suits babies from birth, yoga from 8 weeks, and either runs until your baby decides lying still isn't for them anymore.
The sensory room is the bit that turns this into a proper outing rather than just a class. Giant bubble tubes, a bouncy castle, a slide, a swing and a climbing frame sit alongside song time, parachute games and instruments. Bring a towel, wear something light and comfortable since the room runs warm, and your baby can stay in a babygro throughout.
Parties are where the pricing gets serious. A two hour private hire is £100, or £180 gets you a fully hosted party with a host running activities, and picnic boxes are another £40 if you want food sorted too. They recommend capping it at 12 children, and there's a £20 deposit to hold the date that doesn't come back if you cancel, which is worth knowing before you commit to a specific Saturday.
Dads, grandparents and foster or adoptive parents are all welcome, and the class carries on around whatever your baby needs mid-session. If they've had injections recently, you're told to wait 24 hours, though you can still come if they seem fine and just avoid the injection site on their legs.

How old does my baby need to be?
Massage works from birth, yoga from around 8 weeks. Both carry on until your baby would rather not lie still for it anymore.
What if my baby cries or needs feeding mid class?
You just feed, change or comfort them whenever they need it. The class keeps going and you can pick up the technique later.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just a towel. Mats and oil are provided.
What should we wear?
Something light and comfortable for you, since the room is kept warm and you'll be sitting on the floor. Your baby can wear a babygro or anything easy to get on and off.
