Wheel of the Year: Yoga Flow

A seasonal yoga flow class at The Portico Library, tied to the Witches and Healers exhibition, £8 plus fee.

Join yoga instructor and artist Polly Anna Steiner for a yoga flow session responding to seasonal change and the themes of the Witches and Healers exhibition. The session begins with a guided meditation for grounding, moves into gentle movements to awaken the body, then flows into more dynamic breath-led sequences repeated a few times to build strength, flexibility and balance. It closes with guided relaxation to settle the practice. Mats, blocks and blankets are supplied, though you're welcome to bring your own. Tickets are £8 plus booking fee, and this takes place at The Portico Library on Mosley Street in Manchester.
