Sound Bath

A relaxing Sound Bath session held at the historic Samlesbury Hall on 15 November 2026.

Samlesbury Hall, the Tudor manor house near Preston, is hosting a Sound Bath as part of its special events programme. The listing doesn't go into detail about the format, but sound baths typically involve lying back and relaxing while instruments such as singing bowls or gongs are played to help you unwind. This is a one-off date at a historic venue, so it makes for a different sort of evening out if you fancy something calming and a bit different from the usual guided tours and ghost hunts the Hall also runs.
