Stories from the Steppe is a free activity running at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds alongside its Genghis Khan exhibition. It's included with the museum's free entry and gives visitors a chance to explore stories connected to the Mongols and life on the steppe. The museum itself is open 10am to 5pm, Tuesday to Sunday in term time and every day during school holidays and bank holidays, so this runs during the October half-term period. Advance booking is recommended, especially at weekends and during the school holidays, though you can also just drop in if you prefer.
