Poppy Seeds is a weekly meet-up at the Poppy and Pint in Lady Bay for mums, bumps and little ones. It's a relaxed chance to get out of the house, meet other mums nearby, swap experiences and tips, and settle in with a coffee and a slice of cake while the little ones are with you. It runs every Wednesday morning at the pub, with no need to book and free entry. The pub itself has an airy main bar, café bar, conservatory and beer garden, plus a full food and drinks menu if you fancy staying on for lunch.
