A monthly SEND session at Pirates Play in Sherwood, Nottingham, on the first Wednesday of the month.

Pirates Play in Sherwood, Nottingham runs a SEND Session on the first Wednesday of every month, from 4pm to 6pm. The venue is a children's play centre with separate baby, toddler and junior play areas, a multi-story play frame with tunnels and slides, a sports court and an on-site cafe, though the source does not specify which parts of the centre are available during this particular session. This is aimed at children with SEND and their families, giving a set monthly slot to visit. As with general admission, under 11s and accompanying adults are welcome, and the centre suggests booking online in advance to guarantee entry, as walk-ins depend on capacity.
