Character Design Studio Workshop with Stu Harrison

Free cartoon character design workshop for children aged 8+, led by illustrator Stu Harrison.

Award-winning character designer and cartoon illustrator Stu Harrison runs this free workshop at Norton Priory, inspired by characters from the site's 900-year history. Children learn how to build a striking cartoon character and produce a piece of artwork to take home, with all equipment provided and all skill levels welcome. Recommended for children aged 8 and over, and all children must be accompanied by an adult. The session is free thanks to a Culture 26: Made in Halton Aspire Grant, which funds accessible cultural events across the borough of Halton.
