Lincoln Sausage Festival

A food festival at Lincoln Castle celebrating the Lincolnshire sausage with stalls, cooking demos and entertainment.

The Rotary Club of Lincoln Colonia brings the Lincolnshire sausage to centre stage at this festival in the grounds of Lincoln Castle. Stalls sell food and drink with sausages cooked fresh on site, or you can take some home to enjoy later, alongside live cooking demonstrations and entertainment running throughout the day. Mr Sausage and Mrs Sausage make an appearance for younger visitors to meet. It costs £2.50 for adults to get into the festival, with under 16s going free, and normal Castle admission charges apply on top for access to the rest of the site. Annual pass holders and anyone with an existing Castle ticket should show these on the gate to avoid being charged again.
