Christmas Carol Goes Wrong

Comic disaster-theatre spin on A Christmas Carol from Mischief, the team behind The Play That Goes Wrong.

The Cornley Amateur Drama Society are back, attempting to stage A Christmas Carol and making an almighty mess of it. Expect missing actors, set malfunctions and a feud over who gets to play Scrooge, all building to a chaotic comic take on the Dickens classic from Mischief, the company behind The Play That Goes Wrong and Peter Pan Goes Wrong. There's a moment of audience interaction in act two. This is a show for older children and adults rather than young families: it carries an age restriction of 8+ and contains moderately bad language, sexual references and innuendo, plus comedic depictions of violence. The run time is around 2 hours 20 minutes including an interval. Concessions are available (£2 off for OAPs and under 16s), and groups of 10 or more get £5 off the best available price. A BSL access performance runs on 25th November 2026 at 2:30pm.
