Free guided 3km wellbeing walk around Itchen Valley Country Park, spotting seasonal plants, insects, birds and fungi.

This gentle, guided walk covers up to 3km around Itchen Valley Country Park at a relaxed pace, with a walk leader pointing out plants, insects, birds and fungi of seasonal interest along the way. It's mostly on surfaced tracks, though there's sometimes a slope to climb, and the ground can get slippery after rain, so walking boots are a good idea. Beyond the nature-spotting, the walk is meant as a chance to get outdoors, clear your head and chat with others on the way round. It's free to join but booking online is required to reserve a place. Dogs are not permitted on this walk.
