A lunchtime showcase of the historic Hull City Hall organ, with tickets from £5.

Hull City Hall's famous organ gets a lunchtime outing, installed by local firm Forster and Andrews back in 1911 and once played for Queen Elizabeth and King George VI. It remains one of the largest working organs in the country and a regular part of the Hull Theatres programme, so this is a chance to hear it played live in an easy, mid-day slot. Doors for the showcase are at 12:30pm on Wednesday 7 October 2026, with tickets from £5. Worth noting that some productions at the venue can include flashing lights, strobe effects and haze, so it is best to contact the box office directly if that is a concern.
