A paranormal investigation night at Cromford Mills, exploring the old mill buildings and manager's house for signs of the supernatural.
Haunted Heritage brings a paranormal investigation to Cromford Mills, the world's first successful water-powered cotton spinning mill, built in 1771 by Sir Richard Arkwright. The event takes investigators into the former workers' dwellings and the workshop itself, as well as the old Manager's house, where strange smells have been noted. Staff at Cromford Mills have reported seeing shadows and ghostly figures around the site, and the evening is built around trying to communicate with whatever remains there. This is a one-off investigation night at a historic industrial site in Derbyshire, taking place on the evening of Saturday 10 October 2026. Ticket pricing and timings are still to be confirmed by the organisers.
