Guided forest bathing and mindfulness walk through Stand Wood at Chatsworth, now sold out.

Caroline Cook of Well With Nature leads this guided mindful walk and Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) session through Stand Wood at Chatsworth, with simple invitations to connect with the trees and an optional circle sharing afterwards for anyone who wants to reflect on the experience. Meet at the entrance to Stand Wood opposite the Stickyard, near the Farmyard, 15 minutes before the start. The route includes a steep walk up to Stand Wood and some uphill sections, with time spent standing, sitting and walking, so sturdy shoes or boots and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended. You may want to bring something to sit on, such as a sit mat, kneeler or portable stool, plus a bottle of water. This session is priced at £15 per person and is sold out.
