Fused Glass Woodland Panel Workshop

A Level 2 fused glass workshop at Bodenham Arboretum to create a Christmas woodland panel, no experience needed.

Join glass artist Nell Oakes at Bodenham Arboretum for a relaxed, creative fused glass workshop making a Christmas panel inspired by the winter forest. This is a Level 2 Fusion Flow session, but no previous experience is required and it's suited to any ability. You'll be shown how to plan and build your design using a mix of glass mediums, including sheet glass, beads, frit and liquid glass. Once your panel is finished, it goes off to be fired for 15 hours and then fired again for a further 15 hours to create a gentle curve so the finished piece can stand freestanding. Your panel will be ready to collect within two weeks of the workshop. Booking is through the Create Sometime website, with confirmation emailed within 24 hours.
