This Thursday session at Glebe Farm Community Hub gives adults access to occupational therapy support for daily living, practical skills and wellbeing. Trained therapists are on hand to offer guidance and activities that help people maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. It runs weekly from 10am to 2pm, so you can drop in during that window rather than needing to book a fixed appointment time.
