Scouts, Guides, Cadets & Youth Clubs in Brighton
If your Scout or Guide group needs somewhere to actually pitch tents and get muddy, Parkwood Brighton & Hove Scout Campsite is the one on the books here. It sits on the edge of the South Downs, built with Scout, Guide and school groups in mind, and the programme leans outdoors: orienteering, an assault course and a proper fire lighting session rather than a hall and a badge chart. There is only the one listed for Brighton itself, so this is really about what a weekend there involves. Toilets and wheelchair access are on site, which matters for a group camp with younger members or mixed abilities. It suits older Cubs and Scouts more than a toddler group, given the assault course and orienteering, and it is an outdoor booking rather than a wet-weather fallback, so pack for the Downs.
