Crazy Golf & Adventure Golf in Preston
There's only one crazy golf course to point you to around Preston, but it's a good one. Pirate Golf at Ribby Hall is a 12-hole pirate themed adventure course, played outdoors, a drive out from the centre. It's £8 a head, and under-fives play free, so a family of four with a toddler isn't looking at much more than the price of two adult tickets. If your kids are small, the free under-five entry makes this an easy yes, and the pirate theme gives you plenty to talk about between holes rather than just knocking a ball around. It's outdoor only, so this one's a fair weather trip rather than a rainy day fallback. Worth building into a longer visit to Ribby Hall itself, since it's that bit of a drive to get there.
