What it’s like

Trapeze, silks and aerial hoop classes for complete beginners, with birthday parties built around an aerial show.

This is a working circus training space rather than a soft play or a farm, and the classes are the whole point. On offer are trapeze, silks, aerial hoop, aerial loop and rope, and the site is clear that none of it needs prior experience beyond a stated advanced level. That's reassuring if your child has never so much as hung off a climbing frame, less reassuring if you were hoping to just turn up on a whim, since classes need booking ahead and the deadline for spring and summer 2026 slots is 1st March.

The timetable is properly spread across the week, from a 9am Sunday slot through to evening sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday that run past 8pm. Saturday only gets one window, 3 to 4.15pm, so that's the one to grab early if it suits your routine. During Easter and half-terms several of the weekday classes merge into a single 5.30-7.30pm slot, and the middle Sunday of Easter shrinks to 4-6pm, so the holiday timetable looks quite different from term time.

Birthday parties are the other big draw, tailored with an aerial show plus workshops across the same disciplines, trapeze, silks, hoop, loop and rope. It's an easy way to get children who'd normally just watch a show actually up on the equipment for their own party. There's no stated weight limit either, though anyone over 100kg is asked to skip doubles work, which is a fair rule rather than an awkward one.

Getting there by bus is straightforward if you know the route: the A37 stops nearby, and you get off by the wooden shelter after the Texaco garage and The Temple Inn, then walk uphill on East Court Road to reach Cloud Hill Enterprise. There's an accessible toilet and the site is wheelchair accessible, which is worth knowing given the site sits uphill from the bus stop.
