Fantastic Faces Face Painting Hull

What it’s like

A face painting party team who'll come to you, or take over a two-hour bash at K3 with games, crafts and glitter beards thrown in.

This is a party act rather than a venue: face painting, glitter beards, canvas art and craft table activities, run by a team who bring everything with them. They'll travel to a party anywhere in Hull, Beverley or East Yorkshire, and further afield across the UK if you don't mind a travel charge on top.

If you'd rather not host, the in-house option at K3 is £399 for two hours and covers up to 15 kids, with two team members there the whole time, all the tables and tableware sorted, plus light refreshments, games, crafts and face painting bundled in. It's not cheap for two hours, but you're not setting up or clearing away either, and that's usually the bit that ruins a party for the grown-up in charge.

For parties elsewhere, Feeling Fabulous scales with your guest list, from £225 for up to 10 up to £395 for a bigger do of 26 to 40. The Arty Party angle is a nice touch if your child's more into painting a canvas than getting their face done, and extra canvases are £5 each if more kids want a go on the day.

Worth knowing they use proper brands like Diamond FX and Mehron, all hypoallergenic, vegan-friendly and biodegradable where it counts, so sensitive skin shouldn't be an issue.
