No Room at the Flat: A DLA Christmas Story

Age guidance 16+: a fast-paced Belfast Christmas comedy from DLA at The MAC's Studio.

DLA brings a new Christmas comedy to The MAC's Studio, running from 3 to 31 December 2026 with various start times across the run. Horse and Susie are set for a bleak Christmas Eve of cheap drink and petty arguments when a baby in a Moses basket appears outside their door with no explanation. Reluctantly bringing it inside "just until someone comes to claim it", they end up convinced, as the night wears on, that the baby might be the Second Coming, with every knock at the door feeling like a threat from "Herod" (Social Services). The show runs 70 minutes with no interval stated, and age guidance is 16+. Standard tickets are £20 (plus a £1.50 per ticket booking fee for online/phone bookings), with £5 tickets available for 16-25s through the membership scheme, subject to availability. A community rate is available on selected dates, and group bookings of 10 or more can be arranged by email. The Studio has wheelchair-accessible seats, step-free rows, a hearing loop and free carer's tickets available on request.
