Watercolour Course (for Intermediate / Improvers)

A weekly term-time watercolour course for intermediate and improving painters at Heath Robinson Museum.

This course runs on Tuesday mornings during term time and is led by watercolour artist Claire Linge, who guides participants through the basic principles of watercolour painting and how to develop their technique, covering subjects such as still lifes, landscapes and portraits. It suits those who already have some grounding in watercolour and want to build on it rather than complete beginners. The price covers around six sessions and includes some basic materials to start with, though participants are then expected to bring their own watercolour paper, paints and brushes. Tickets can be bought online or in person at the museum shop, which is open Thursday to Sunday, 11am to 4pm.
