Move Through Menopause is a course developed with partner organisation Menopause Movement, running on Mondays at 4.45pm at Places Leisure Eastleigh. It's aimed at giving those going through perimenopause and menopause an informed, evidence-based understanding of what happens during each stage, plus practical guidance on how fitness can help with symptoms, all in a safe and welcoming setting. The course costs £38.50 for members or £101.50 for non-members, with the non-member price including a complimentary Premium Membership for the duration of the course. Sign up is done directly through the Places Leisure website.
