Connections Company

Weekly Saturday theatre group at Derby Theatre for young people aged 13-19.

Connections Company is Derby Theatre's youth theatre group for 13 to 19 year olds, meeting every Saturday from 11:30am to 1:30pm during term time. Sessions are led by theatre practitioners and cover acting and performance skills alongside the wider process of theatre making, including technical theatre, leadership, events management and writing for the stage. The group works towards an annual show performed at Derby Theatre. Places are in demand and there's a waiting list for all youth theatre groups, so anyone interested needs to download and complete the application form and email it over to register interest. Cost is £390 per academic year, or £39 a month across the academic year.
